I did all the online applications and everything to see if I could get approved before going in. This was on a Saturday morning. Jaike called me and said that they would get my application going. Didn't really hear anything until I reached out that evening where he told me I would need to add my husband. So, I filled it out that evening. Expecting to hear back. I heard nothing from him on Sunday until later that evening. Finally on Monday he told me I was approved. Headed there Monday after work. Meet up with Sam because Jaike was busy. I really enjoyed Sam and appreciate all his efforts in helping me test drive the car I had my eye on and setting up all the paperwork. All in all my experience was really great with Sam. Definitely frustrated with the length of time it took just to find out if approved or not. Thanks Sam! More

We enjoyed the entire process with the exception of one thing, which almost made us walk away. We had taken a break to look at the trim package of a CX-70 we were considering at a competitor. Royal Moore d thing, which almost made us walk away. We had taken a break to look at the trim package of a CX-70 we were considering at a competitor. Royal Moore didn't have a CX-70 with this other trim package, but Wade was able to show us the same trim package on a CX-50 without us having to drive across town. This also kept us from leaving the Royal Moore lot, which I totally understand from a salesman's point of view. While looking at this other trim package (which we would have bought from a competitor), a blonde woman came out and asked Wade if he still had the keys for the CX-70 that were were looking at, as she suddenly had "someone" who was interested in it. Wade then said he had no control what happened to the car after he handed the keys to her. I said go ahead. We found this very hard to believe as when I came out to look at it for the first time 5 days prior, it had to be brought up out of storage and it had been on the lot for close to 60 days. The girl then drove the car over from the Buick lot to right up in front of us at the Mazda lot, and had another person get in the car. I can't say with 100% certainty, but we are pretty sure that other person that she was showing it to was also an employee, as we saw her hanging around hours later. This made us feel like this was a ploy to make us nervous that the car was potentially not going to be available. If this was in fact what was happening, you should stop that practice right away. It seemed very obvious to us. If not, our apologies. All in all, we still feel we got a decent price and great service from Wade and Patrick. More
