Bumpy purchase experience, thankful for Robert L & Nate T Overall, I got the vehicle I wanted for a reasonable price. I was disappointed in the overall experience, as the salesman (Robert Lewis) had to go bac Overall, I got the vehicle I wanted for a reasonable price. I was disappointed in the overall experience, as the salesman (Robert Lewis) had to go back and forth to his manager (Nick Lee) to negotiate the deal. We went in with a cashiers check made out to the dealership for the majority of the value, had hoped this would help prevent this exact issue. Nick was not pleasant to work with once we finally got the opportunity to speak to him directly (not flexible at all and had really poor customer service skills). I'm pretty sure I also got duped for $350 for a "security service that is required for sale of every car at Royal Moore". No paperwork or details were provided regarding this. One other issue - it took the dealership over 3 weeks to get the paperwork to our WA state DOL office so that I could register the vehicle. Robert Lewis was terrific; he was a professional, humble, understanding salesman - I honestly hated having to watch him go back and forth to talk to Nick. Nate Taylor was also great, personable, efficient and also made my wife & I feel appreciated. We also interacted with Aaron Noble, while not part of our deal - he was another employee of Royal Moore that represents the dealership well, super nice & helpful. More

She was very knowledgeable on the 2019 RAV4 Hybrid and what she didn't know she would find out via internet/brochure/co-worker the answer. She kept me informed via email, text or phone messages on the status of my RAV4 order. Even after the lease Golda did a good job in following up with me on how I was liking the new RAV4 (i.e. very happy with the RAV4). I have bought 6 cars over the 30 years doing business with Royal Moore and will continue to do so because of their great customer service and non-pressured sales. Thanks again Golda and Royal Moore!
