Bought a beautiful new Camry, my favorite car ever. Purchased a gorgeous blue streak metallic Camry XLE at Royal Moore. Went to that particular dealership because of their customer service - oriented a Purchased a gorgeous blue streak metallic Camry XLE at Royal Moore. Went to that particular dealership because of their customer service - oriented ads on TV, touting lifetime power train warranty. Bought the car there for two reasons. I found the perfect car, and encountered the "perfect" sales person. First talked with Aws "Jordan" Khraisat on the phone. He immediately struck me as a kind and genuine person. I've been around a lot of different kinds of people during my long life, and have a pretty good instinct for reading people. After a couple phone conversations with Jordan, I wanted to meet this man, and drove all the way across the Portland Metro area to do that. When I arrived, the dealership felt very warm and homey and comfortable and "safe". Meeting Jordan, he quickly came to feel like an old friend, someone I had known for years and could trust. He was very patient and we drove a variety of cars. Jordan answered every question, as my interest zeroed in on the beautiful Blue Streak Camry XLE on the dealership floor. Jordan took wonderful care of me and I never felt pressured. Perhaps a little bit embarrassingly to say, part of the reason I bought that car right there and never looked anywhere else is that I wanted to reward Jordan for just being the fine person he is, to invest in his success. I found a car I could not resist, and a new friend. More
