Great place, no pressure, straight forward Hey, Like a lot of you, I had been emailing dealers around town to get the best price. I don't like getting the run around and i don't like wasting my time or any one else. Time is money in my mind and both are valuable to me. I email Royal Moore and got a prompt reply. They were straight forward and gave me a good price, and a good warranty and were upfront about most of everything. I worked with Bob Porter and also Nick Niemeyer and they both were helpful and nice. I went to 4 other dealerships in the area and they were pushy and tried to upsell me. I emailed Bob and he told me a fair price, and didn't upsell, since i told him i wasnt interested. When i went in, i met with Nick and he was fantastic and felt honest. Again, like Bob, no messing around, no up selling, just honest prices, and straight forward. I appreciate the experience, from start to finish, got a good deal on finance, (not sure of this guys name), but again, honest and straight forward. I cant attest to warranty claims, or maintance claims yet since i just got this, but overall good exp. I will return for a Subaru at their connected dealership soon enough. More

Not only is he a genuinely nice guy, but he was also very patient with making sure we were getting the right vehicle for our needs. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the truck and gave me multiple chances to test drive it (like for a few hours at a time) to make sure it was a good fit. Working with Aaron was a great, no pressure experience and quite the opposite of what I’ve experienced at other car dealerships. On top of this, Aaron went out of his way to make sure the truck was within my budget and ensured the whole purchase experience with the sales manager was quick, easy and pressure-free. After the sale was complete, he’s reached out to me a few times now to make sure everything was good with the ride and offered to help set up the tech stuff in the truck if I was having any issues. Solid customer service! Because of the experience I had with Aaron, I feel pretty comfortable recommending friends & family to Royal Moore Toyota. Seriously, I think if more car dealerships were like this, car salesmen wouldn’t get such a bad rap. More
