I flew in from elsewhere and Norgan and Amy went out of their way to make it an easy trip. In and out I got what I was looking for at a fair price with a great experience. I'm thoroughly impressed with their honesty and communication. Working with Art on the financial side was easy and he worked to get my numbers to what I wanted with no pushing or sales pitches. He's also a toyota guy through and through so knew what offers would work for me and what probably didn't fit. Great dealership. I'll definitely come here again if I need another car. THANKS ALL! Above-the standard service! I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Royal Moore a few days ago. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I was provided. We had a tougher than usual d I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Royal Moore a few days ago. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I was provided. We had a tougher than usual deal (it was a dealer trade), and they rolled out the red carpet for us. Bob Porter was our sales person and he was a rock star. There was zero sales pressure. He was there to help, not sell. And that makes a huge difference. He even came in on his day off, as that was the only day I was available. I don't know about you, but the last thing I want to do on my "Saturday" is go into work! There was a delay with the other dealership (not Royal Moore) getting us the dealer trade, and Bob personally delivered the truck to my house the very next morning. Also, the Finance Manager Everett was great. He didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Rather, he was transparent and helpful through the final process of purchasing the truck. I highly recommend this dealership! It was worth the drive! More
