FANTASTIC Experience at a dealership! Went there to get a base level Rav-4. Met with Tyleen and explained to her what we wanted to look at and that we had some technical questions. She took down the info for our trade and was very nice and professional, and had a great personality. She came back with the keys and brought Michael Heusler to help since she said he knew everything about Rav4s. Boy was she right!! Michael was a wealth of knowledge. He explained every single feature in detail, including all of the safety features Toyota has added to the Rav4. We have purchased 10 vehicles, the last four being Toyota, have dealt with many sales people and Michael is by far the most knowledgeable and honest person we have ever met. He helped us pick out the right Rav4 for our needs. Nick Lee was also awesome as he bent over backwards to get us the deal we wanted and was super nice and he was working for us to make it happen. Brent Arritola processed our paperwork and got us in and out in 28 minutes from start to finish!! It would have been 20, but my husband asked him about his toaster oven! Great staff, great environment, great selection. Can't wait for the new dealership to open, making the experience next time even better. Customers for life! More

Got me coffee and water and I was never standing alone in the dealership unless I made a private decision call for 2nd opinions from family. They were so respectful and patient! I not at once felt pressured or overwhelmed with the decision process! This is the FIRST AND ONLY dealership that I have been to that didn't just try to sell me any vehicle. They actually did their best to get me a vehicle I would love 100% Too many dealerships I went to just wanted to sell me a vehicle and move onto the next customer. Not at all getting to know my needs or background. I went in not sure of what vehicle I wanted and i started talking about my backrgoynd and the activities I do outside work. And then it came to a convo of what I wanted in a vehicle. And that hit the spot for me. Realizing after all I spoke about. That a truck is not only what I needed but what I truly wanted too. That is why no suv hit the spot with me! I was able to drive home in my dream truck!! And at first I had buyers remorse. But now I've gotten comfy and IN LOVE 😍💗 with my truck !! The best part about all of This! They had FANTASTICLY AMAING PROVES on their vehicles !!! They were not over priced like the main dealerships in downtown portland and surrounding areas are.
