Royal Moore Toyota by far met my expectations. I met with Jessie and Nate and they helped me find the right truck with all the extras. They ordered my Truck 2016 Tacoma and it arrived early before my birthday! They were both easy to talk to and no negotiation hassle. After the truck arrived and I took it home we had a couple miscommunication issues that I brought to their attention and Jessie forwarded it to his boss and the issues were resolved immediately! I have much respect for him for seeing us through and not just wanting the sale. He continued his customer service all the way through to ensure our satisfaction! I contacted Jason Walraven at Royal Moore and he went the extra mile to find one in transit from Japan and we took delivery with 1 mile (yup, 1 mile). We took delivery and throughout the process I kept waiting for the "fine print" to increase the price. The final price was exactly as quoted (excluding all the state fees and my add-ons) and we drove away very happy customers. I was further impressed with Jason's knowledge of the very complicated Prius and Royal Moore's included extended warranty. More

I was very impressed with Michael's knowledge about the car's systems and functions and especially his hands-on help with the Entune system. My last Toyota Camry was a 1998 so there was a big learning curve and Michael spent the time helping us get comfortable with the car before we drove away.
