The next morning I received a call from Austin Parker following up on my online inquiry. That afternoon I viewed and test drove a Camry XLE Hybrid with all the trims and loved it. As with many customers I was concerned that I would be able to negotiate a price that would best fit my budget. Austin et.al. worked closely with me and we were able to settle on a price I felt confident in. Plus, you cannot beat a 20year/200,000mi warranty- I was extremely satisfied. I love my new Camry!! Quick and easy process I worked with Jason Walraven and Donny White. Both were very helpful. I first contacted Jason by email as he was the rep for my car buying service. Although Jason was out of town on vacation he still replied to my email (which is more than I would have done on vacation!). I then found a truck I was interested in and called the dealership knowing Jason wouldn't be back for a couple of days but Tacomas go fast. Donny helped me put a deposit on a truck over the phone. A couple days later I went to the dealership and found a different truck. They quickly switched over my deposit and I was out the door in my new truck in a matter of a couple hours. Everyone was helpful and the whole process was quick and easy. I came back a couple days later and they gave me a deal on wheels and tires for my Tacoma since I had just bought it with them. Pam worked on my financing and found me a much lower rate than USAA was offering me. She was great. I will be buying a 4Runner for my wife in about a year and I will definitely go back to Royal Moore. More

Excellent Expierence at roaylmoore I went to royal Moore today to look at a Mitsubishi eclipse. They allows me to take for a good test drive to see how it fit me and did not pressure in I went to royal Moore today to look at a Mitsubishi eclipse. They allows me to take for a good test drive to see how it fit me and did not pressure into buying. Before I went to finance they went over the agreement an verified what I wanted. Austin was an A1 as a sales rep he got me in took me for the test drive and got it done. Pam was also great for financing she went over all of the details so I completely understood what all the charges would be. In total the process took less than 2 hours including the test driver which was around 30 minutes. I will be going back there and directing my friends as well. if you can work with Austin he is very low key and makes the Expierence enjoyable. More
