I assisted my daughter in buying a new Mazda 3 at Royal Moore Toyota. Why Toyota for a Mazda? Because Jessie works at the Toyota and handles the online sales. I had done a Kelly Blue Book valuation of my Miata as a possible trade-in or outright dealer purchase. Jessie responded. When I told him we were coming in to check out a specific listing, he brought the car over from next door,took her for a test drive and sat down and helped us work out a deal that we were both pleased with. It did take one iteration but we got a good deal. He also made sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go once we had completed the pages and pages of the sales agreement with Brent. Brent kept it light and helped her decide which financing package to go with and caught a glitch in the first printout so did it over to ensure we got the discount. Overall, the best car buying experience ever. More

Excellent experience purchasing a used Toyota Prius Two I had just been rear ended on the highway and my car was a total loss. When I arrived at the dealership Michael was outside in mere seconds to greet me practically at my car door :) He guided my wife and I through the in's and out's of the Prius features and Toyota Pre-Owned cars. He was patient through all my questions and wavering to deciding on purchasing. Pam guided us through the finance process and also was very patient through all my questions on coverage and price of upgrades. Before leaving with the vehicle he made certain that I was aware of how to operate the vehicle entirely even using the integrated sound system with Bluetooth. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Royal Moore and specifically from Michael. More
