I called ahead so that I could save time and th My new truck purchase at Royal Moore Toyota was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I called ahead so that I could save time and there were two employees waiting for me when I arrived. They had the vehicle ready that I wanted to look at, a new 2014 Toyota Tundra in Blue Metallic. The price negotiating was quick and the final price beat any other price in town. I was in and out in a flash, and all of this after I had arrived at 6pm on a Friday night. Several of the employees stayed late to oversee all of the final details and I returned the net day to get my complimentary free tank fill up, a truck wash, and new floor mats because the service department was closed that evening. Ezra, the sales manager was professional, friendly, and personable. My sales rep (can't remember his name) made the deal go fast without any of the games of negotiating. All in all, it was a great experience and I love my new Tundra and look forward to doing business with Royal Moore Toyota in the future. Best new car experience I have ever had! More

I was a first time buyer, with no clue and because of my previous bad experience, extremely cautious. She didnt rush, if I needed some time to think, she was fine with it, no push no rush. We had seen a used Honda the evening before that the dealership had just taken in trade, but unfortunately, that first salesman dropped the ball in finding info for us. The manager, Ezra, specifically sent us to Mark, and Mark went the extra mile to be sure we had a chance to test drive the Honda. He kept looking until he had the keys and the background of the car, so we could make an informed decision! The dealership made a sales agreement with us, but insisted that we understand that the sale would not go through until and unless the car passed their strict mechanical evaluation. Mark reassured us that we could absolutely trust that this dealership was honest and above reproach in their dealings. In all areas, the salesman, Mark, and the dealership exceeded our expectations, making this rather stressful car hunt a pleasant and rewarding experience! Mark also researched certain unexpected extras that were on the car and made sure I understood how to use them!
