Royal Moore Service is always great but this time I worked with Carmen who was exceptional. He let me know the status of my service every step of the way and explained everything that was needed as we worked with Carmen who was exceptional. My 2015 Rav 4 was leaking oil so I went back to the dealership. The service manager was very helpful and immediately told me to bring the car in to get the problem fixed. It turns out the oil filter dealership. The service manager was very helpful and immediately told me to bring the car in to get the problem fixed. It turns out the oil filter had not been installed properly at my last service. They fixed it right away at no charge. While I was disappointed I had a problem, I was very happy with the way the dealership owned up to it. More
