My experience for my Dec 24 service appt was very satisfactory. There was a slight hiccup with making the appt online - the time that I chose (9am) was not available, but they final time was only 15 satisfactory. I had a slow leak in one of my tires on my Corolla. Even though the service department at Royal Moore Toyota was VERY busy they took me in without an appointment.
