My daughter purchased a used car from this dealership mid July from James Price. She was told that the car passed a safety inspection at the time of purchase. The check engine light came on soon after and we July from James Price. She was told that the car passed a safety inspection at the time of purchase. The check engine light came on soon after and we called to inquire if service would look at the car, she was told that they do not "service this type of car". Two weeks later the car stalled on the freeway with her baby in the car. The repairs are over $5000 for a catalytic converter, and faulty electrical sensors. A mechanic told me that the engine had an aftermarket exhaust system and several additional aftermarket components to add turbo power to the engine. I called Mr. Price and the General Manager Eric Calhoun, as they were not helpful in any way to help resolve her issues. This purchase was a part of their Special Finance program that was supposed to be designed to help people with credit issues. We thought we were dealing with a dealership with integrity, Please BEWARE as this dealership does NOT care about its customers!!!!!!!! More

I would never buy or lease a Craplorer again. The MPG is horrible at 16.7MPG after 3 weeks. MY F150 did at least 21.5. Seat are incredibly uncomfortable and already my back is hurting.
