They were very thorough and honest from the outset. Looked at our records and offered various options. Explained what needed to be done on our 16 year-old car that is still in great shape. This rating is based solely on my most recent service appointment. I took my 2011 Ranger in for a pre-arranged recall repair. The part needed for the repair was not in stock when I dropped the truck of appointment. I took my 2011 Ranger in for a pre-arranged recall repair. The part needed for the repair was not in stock when I dropped the truck off, still Chris thought the work could be done that day. He said he left work at 4 but the service department was open until 6. Chris called me at 3:30 with a message that just said to call him back. I didn't get the message until 4 PM. I called, but missed him. The operator thought he was still there, but my call went to his voice mail. I didn't leave a message, because I figured he wouldn't get it until the next day anyway. I called back to see if I could speak to anyone else to find out if my truck was ready, but wasn't able to speak to a human, because I guess the operators also leave about 4. My bad, but I assumed my truck was probably ready and had my wife drive me up to the dealer along with the two grandkids she was watching, they dropped me off but didn't wait. I spoke with Jim who after a few minutes research informed me my truck was in fact not ready, but should be done by noon the next day. I was given the option of taking the truck and dropping it back off at 8 AM the next day or leaving it, I decided to leave it and had to have my wife return with the grandkids. The next day, I called the dealership at about 12:30 and left a message with Chris. He called me back a couple hours later and told me the truck was now ready. After I got dropped off, there seemed to be some issue with the paperwork and it took another 45 minutes or so for me to actually get everything settled. More
