My wife and I went to Royal South to look at Toyota’s. We had been considering buying a new car for several months and had been looking at several different dealers. Jeremy met us on the lot and showed us several different models that they had. We saw the Venza and decided to look at it. Jeremy took us for a test drive answering all of our many questions and helped us compare this car to other models on the lot. Jeremy gave a very good deal; one that I knew would not be beaten by any other dealer. So we ended up buying the Venza, which we love, and was given a very fair price and financing by the staff at Royal South. Jeremy made the car buying very pleasant, not what I was use to in the past. I would recommend Jeremy and Royal South to anybody looking for a car. More
We brought our 2008 Prius for an oil change. We had checked by phone on the price of an "all snythetic" oil change. We were told you could do this and the cost would be $40. When I arrived, I was tol checked by phone on the price of an "all snythetic" oil change. We were told you could do this and the cost would be $40. When I arrived, I was told that the correct weight of synthetic oil for this car would cost about $55. After some discussion we agreed on the cost and which oil to use. It was then suggested the car needed the 30,000 mile, $159 service. I declined. After looking at the tires, I was told the front passenger tire needed to be replaced. After looking at the underside of the car, the mechanic informed me that there had been damage to the oil pan, suggesting that this should be repaired. I declined to find out the cost of this. We had a detailed inspection of the car at a Toyota dealer at the time we bought it through an individual. They had found the car in excellent condition. I understand that you need to inform customers about upkeep of the car, but this seemed to be excessive. I came in for a simple oil change and felt much pressure to spend more money. More
I traveled from Indianapolis to Bloomington to see a Toyota 4 Runner that I had found online. It was well worth the trip. The gentlemen (Kent?) who helped me with the financing was great explaining the way everything was going to work and what my next steps were. I would definitely purchase from them again and my mother is looking for a Lexus and would be willing to make the trip back to Bloomington to work with the Royal Toyota/Scion salespeople again. More

Then we went to Royal South Toyota and it was completely different. I appreciate the knowledge and the respect our salesman Jeff gave us. When we finally decided to purchase a new Highlander,he was very patient and worked with us with price and gave us a good price on our trade in. I highly recomend this dealership and I highly recommend Jeff for sales. More

Very good customer service. Been buying cars for 50 years and this dealer reminds me of the "good old days" dealer/customer relationship.
