Worst Customer service I have experience from Rudolph VW We live in NM and they couldn't drop my wife at the front door. Instead she was dropped off at the state line and my wife had to walk about 4 m VW We live in NM and they couldn't drop my wife at the front door. Instead she was dropped off at the state line and my wife had to walk about 4 miles to get home I have always service my 2018 Atlas at the dealership and will NO LONGER RETURN. Very disappointed and awful Customer Service. More

Carlos and John are no longer there. They were very nice and good customer service. But they were supposed to call me back because I had 2 follow up pending. Now I'm back to square on They were very nice and good customer service. But they were supposed to call me back because I had 2 follow up pending. Now I'm back to square one for the wait. I bought an Atlas R-line there in February. Since then it's only issues with the car that has not been fixed! I'm not there more often because you're appointments are far away. Still don't have a properly working car after 8 months. More

I am very disappointed with my jetta, it is a 22 model and I have taken it so many times because the engine light turns on and I am told that I need to use supreme fuel.
