My experience started out positive when I was shopping for a vehicle. Great communication and follow up. But I am really disappointed with Rudy Luther Toyota after the sale was completed. I changed my min for a vehicle. Great communication and follow up. But I am really disappointed with Rudy Luther Toyota after the sale was completed. I changed my mind on the extended warranty 2 days after the sale, and the dealership will not call me back to answer my questions on a refund after leaving several voice messages. Now I need to drive down there. Very disappointing. If you want great service before, during, after the sale, look elsewhere. More
