Impromptu Service I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were I called to check if I needed an appointment to replace a headlight that had gone out and was told I could stop by the Service Center while they were open and they would take care of me. When I checked in, I asked if they could also look at the broken front license place mounting due to a small ice-induced bumper car incident last winter. Eric checked to see that they had the parts and even though I had asked for more than a simple headlight replacement by now, he was still gracious about helping me and even offered a little bit of savings I could get if I replaced both headlights at the same time, since the bulbs were the same age. I appreciate Eric and his team's flexibility at helping me without an appointment and the way he looked out for me to prevent me from having to come in a few weeks from now with the other headlight out. I've been a loyal customer of Rudy Luther Toyota for more than 14 years thanks to their Service Center! More
