Dealing with the financing on my vehicle was also a pleasant experience. The showroom is beautiful and the entire Toyota team really know how to treat their customers. Most likely I will visit this dealership again when buying another car. Nettie Jubie and Stacey Rydman were wonderful to work with. Both ladies were very friendly, professional and made the whole car buying experience a breeze. Also, props to Gabby Nankin. She was the first contact I worked with when looking for a new car. 4 months, 5 appts, $1000 until ($1800)timing chain diagnosis I started going to Rudy Luther's because my check engine light was on and I moved close to the dealership. Visit one: I need a new cam gear ($700). Vi I started going to Rudy Luther's because my check engine light was on and I moved close to the dealership. Visit one: I need a new cam gear ($700). Visit 2: Fix and payment, then light comes back on. Visit 3: Return visit, not sure---light not on for them. Visit 4: I need a new oil control valve switch--repair=$260. Visit 5: Check engine light back on review again. They report that I have a stretched timing chain, but it's so unusual an unexpected that they've only seen it once, but Toyota Inc. should cover under its Goodwill program for a 2007 Camry as the chain SHOULD LAST THE LIFE OF THE CAR. (The car has 145,000 miles on it.) Multiple calls to the headquarters and the dealership result in no coverage for the timing chain and a credit ONLY for the switch and original diagnostic, plus a charge for $1800 for the chain repair should I chose to fix it there. I'm so very disappointed in Toyota and the dealership that I won't buy another Camry again. The people are very polite and the service area nice, but I don't have confidence in their ability to diagnose a problem on a Toyota or their willingness to stand behind their vehicles. More

And the entire staff was very understanding about my 7 yo daughter running around the place like a crazy person while we waited (kids are not into buying cars. Go figure...). Easiest car buying experience I've ever had!! And by that I mean there was no high pressure to buy a car. The associate I worked with (Nannette Jubie) was one of the most comfortable person I've And by that I mean there was no high pressure to buy a car. The associate I worked with (Nannette Jubie) was one of the most comfortable person I've had the pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, homest, patient and "authentic." She also knew I had a limited amount of time in which to purchase a vehicle, but didn't rush me to make a purchase. But didn't play the "game of having me sit in office while she spoke to manager." I told her what I wanted and needed in a car. Don't believe I mentioned exact budget, and yet she seemed to intuitively know what I could afford. She also did not play the game of "how much can you pay a month". We found car I liked, briefly negotiated price and a few options and that was it. Done deal. I should add how respectful she was and state that I had been to 2 (two) other Toyota dealerships who barely gave me "the time of day". Was it because I was single woman? I don't know. I should also state how quickly and respectfully the financial person was to deal with. Great dealership. Restored my respect for car sales people More
