My daughter and I purchased the CRV Honda last Thursday, Nov. 4th. We waited an hour to begin the paper work. The CRV was returned to your dealership on Saturday the 6th. The CRV was not road ready. It may of passed all maintenance insections but at 65 mph the steering wheel was shaking and the sound from the rear of the CRV was so loud my daughter couldn't hear the radio. My daughter Bri Gullickson waited on Saturday an hour and a half for work to be done on the CRV. Only to get back on the road and the problem was worse. At this point Bri returned the CRV a second time. The receptionist at the service counter was rude in saying that we (service garage) did a rear end alignment and you'll have to get use to the humming noise. She basically minimized the CRV symptoms to make it sound like it was an issue that my daughter was having. I wanted my daughter's first vehicle purchase to be a pleasant experience. Bri's boyfriend Nick recommended Rudy Luther Toyota. He has had good experiences with your dealership. Bri and I haven't found that to be true. According to Debbie and the service garage, the tires had not been rotated, by the previous owner. The tires have significant wear and bulges that are causing the vibration. If that is the case, how much of the general maintenance work has been neglected by the previous owner? Your dealership saying that the CRV was owned by one person, and the dealership inspection does not offer much in the way of confidence that the CRV will be a reliable vehicle. More

I have also recently had experience with your service department on an engine block problem that could have been considered beyond the warranty period and therefore completeky my responsobility. The sales management staff went out of their way to work out a solution with the majority of the cost covered under the warranty because of the unusual nature of the problem! This was all done before reviewing the discovery of the problem with me. The discussion with me included the repair options which were as fair as I could have ever expected! These experiences over the past 5 years are why I continue to do business at Rudy Luther Toyota and recommend it to my friends. Your professional consumer orientd approach creates a great experience for customers like myself. Based on my experiences, I'd say you are clearly at the cutting edge of customer satisfaction! More

I wouldn't go here again nor recommend this dealership on a bet. I was looking for a new vehicle: 09-2010 FJ Cruiser with Man Trans. 1st they tell me it doesn't exist. When I called them on it, they basically told me that they don't want my business. I did a lot of independent research on my own before contacting any dealers, 16 in all, so I knew what existed and what was out there. I found what I wanted, but no thanks to Rudy Luther Toyota. In fact, they tried to tell me that the one I found didn't exist either. I guess the one I bought then is a figment of my imagination. Rudy Luther Toyota is shady. They lie, and they ignore what you want: not the type of dealership I want to give my hard earned money to. There are plenty of Toyota dealers out there, go to another one. Stay away from Rudy Luther. More
