I was told that I had a water pump problem. I had replaced that water pump at 84,000 miles and now at 127,888 miles I was told that I needed a replacement. He called me a couple of days later and asked me if I would be willing to pay for the labor if Toyota paid for the water pump. I thought that this was very fair. I also want to commend Terry for his follow through, and Luther Toyota for its wonderful customer waiting area and the upbeat attitude of the people that I come in contact with there.
