Then this week, Kevin had his guys perform a 120K checkup, found a couple of bulbs to replace, along with the normal things in the inspection, and a linkage issue that's getting bad but could wait for another service. It wasn't a dangerous situation. The best part of the service day was when Misha arrived at 7:30 to pick up the car to take it to the dealership. It's covid-time, and he was wearing a mask. Better yet, when he returned the car to me this afternoon, he made sure to use several antibacterial wipes to clean off the steering wheel, dash, and other miscellaneous areas that had been touched during the service. Duane called prior to the scheduled pick up time to confirm the type of service I had requested. Misha also called to tell me when would be arriving to pick up my car . Misha is extremely professional and is a wonderful representative for Toyota. He is very customer oriented, friendly, and clearly has high standards for excellent service. COVID 19 CDC procedures for sanitizing my car, including keys were excellent. Duane also was very service oriented; repair needs were explained clearly, including cost. I hope Rudy Luther Toyota continues the car pick up and delivery service as an option beyond the COVID-19 experience. More

I requested to have my car picked up, and this was such a convenience. Micha Supica came to my house and picked up my car, and he was incredibly prompt, friendly and professional. Mark Pua was also excellent, and the service was surprising quick (and the charge was reasonable). I give both Micha and Mark very high ratings, and I will definitely return to Rudy Luther Toyota. Excellent service I originally scheduled an appointment online for a door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service due to COVID-19. I was informed by text a couple of hours bef I originally scheduled an appointment online for a door-to-door pick-up/drop-off service due to COVID-19. I was informed by text a couple of hours before the appointment that they wouldn't be able to pick up my car as my house is outside their service area (> 12 miles, I am 17). I was a bit irritated and told them that their service radius is not stated clearly on their website. I went ahead and canceled the appointment thinking I would reschedule it later or choose a different dealership. However, Kong Yang texted me back to admit that their website wasn't clear on that point and offered to pick up my car at the originally scheduled time. Eric Hagen was my service advisor and did a nice job keeping me updated on my vehicle's status. Misha was the one who picked up and dropped off my car. He apologized for any inconvenience and was extremely courteous and nice to work with. He also sanitized it thoroughly before handing the vehicle back to me. I appreciate everyone's proactive and customer-centric approach to making sure a frustrating situation was converted to a very satisfactory experience! More
