Great early morning service experience I brought my new RAV4 hybrid in for its first service appointment this morning. I was greeted strikingly cheerfully, given that the appointment was a I brought my new RAV4 hybrid in for its first service appointment this morning. I was greeted strikingly cheerfully, given that the appointment was at 7:15 AM. I was especially impressed by the service rep I worked with, Zach Lofgren. In addition to being cheerful, he was attentive and careful to ask me about any issues I was having with the car. When I told him I would wait for the service to be done, he directed me to the waiting area and told me my car "would be ready before 8:10". He was right, as the service was completed just after 8. Zach was a pleasure to work with and helped to get my day off to a great start. More
