Great service I came in for a side door recall. During my first visit, they had to work around my installed heated seats that were not put in by Toyota. They took I came in for a side door recall. During my first visit, they had to work around my installed heated seats that were not put in by Toyota. They took extra time to do this and did not charge me anything extra. That was great service. Unfortunately when they did this they accidently were wired straight to the battery so if the heated seats were left on the battery was drained. So on my second trip they had to correct that issue again and did it graciously. More

The service area waiting room is equipped with well designed work areas, comfortable seating, and large screen TVs. The complimentary water, popcorn, hot beverages, and snacks are much appreciated. Great Service! Jeremy Hassler has taken care of me, once again! I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance Jeremy Hassler has taken care of me, once again! I recently had a problem with my 2016 Tacoma, and Jeremy helped me get to Toyota Roadside Assistance - so I could get my truck towed to Rudy Luther's in Golden Valley (under warranty). He got me in right away, found out the problem, Ordered the Part, and set me up with a Loaner Vehicle (until the next day - when the Part arrived). I have been to Rudy Luther's several times thru the years, and Jeremy has always given Very Good Customer Service. I am in Customer Service as well, and find Good Customer Service hard to find...Not so with Jeremy. Please let Jeremy know that his efforts are Greatly Appreciated! More
