This is the first Toyota I have ever owned and I absolutely love it, probably because the service department is second to none. Andy helped me today and was no exception, super friendly and courteous! My car is always done on time and it's freshly washed and vacuumed too. The waiting area is the best! A huge flat screen TV, lots of comfortable chairs, a business room, free beverages and snacks, even a dedicated kids area. What more can you ask for? I have owned just about every single kind of vehicle you can think of and Toyota has been my favorite by far. My husband has a new Mercedes SUV and can't get over the excellent service that I get, something he can only dream of! More

Our Toyota Sienna is only a year old and had a loud rattling in the 3rd row seats. We brought it in for an oil change and they greased the latches which fixed the problem. Went for Toyota factory recall visit.. First visit to new dealer location went in a with apprehensive mood... making an appointment was also a fast and good experience... Duane and the technicians analyzed my air conditioner problem previously and ordered the required parts. Appointment was made after parts arrival was confirmed and the car was repaired as promised this problem previously and ordered the required parts.
