Your service department seems to get better every time I come back. Alexia (sp?) not only received the car and prepped the paperwork, but also explained why I might want to have my wheels aligned this time, come back. Alexia (sp?) not only received the car and prepped the paperwork, but also explained why I might want to have my wheels aligned this time, but also recommended a 130K service since I was about to go on a road trip. Misha was excellent as usual, and even remembered where I lived when he took me home. The car was ready in the expected amount of time at a reasonable price, and was noticeably driving much better when I picked it up. Overall, a GREAT experience all the way around! More
