The person with whom I dealt was courteous, attentive, and respectful. I was pleased with the overall service. I must be honest and say that declining the cleaning was based on experiences with other car service facilities (most notably stand-alone oil change outlets) who nearly always suggest some additional work beyond the stated reason. Having been burned in the past this way I nearly always decline suggestions for additional work. When I got home and looked at the battery terminals I saw that there was, indeed, a need for cleaning. As a suggestion it would be helpful to take customers to see the need for such additional work. I realize this may not always be practical but in this case it would have been beneficial in helping me move past the built-in reluctance from past negative experiences. Thanks for listening. More
