Rusnak BMW

I contacted this dealership on a Friday PM to purchase an X3 for my daughter. I did not attempt to haggle on price...I was willing to pay full asking price but due to the fact that I was out of state the de X3 for my daughter. I did not attempt to haggle on price...I was willing to pay full asking price but due to the fact that I was out of state the dealership strung me along for several days, willing to wire or to give a deposit to secure the vehicle but I was told that I would have to wait till Monday. Then come Sunday, several minutes before they closed they supposedly sold the car. You would think that a BMW dealership would operate more professionally but this one definitely does not. My daughter and I am extremely upset. The GM, Ken Christ's tactics are that of some cheesy used car dealer, giving those in the business a bad name...especially the Rusnak Auto Group. More
