All the service managers at Rusnak are really great. But Josh in particular went to bat for me yesterday regarding whether or not my problem was a warranty issue. BMW corporate said no...Josh argued on my behalf...and got them to agree it was a warranty issue. Who does that? Rusnak. I've always been impressed with the service Rusnak department, and I like being treated like a VIP...but yesterday I was particularly happy. I waited for my car to be finished, a couple hours in and out...my car...cleaned and washed...looked brand now when it rolled down the ramp after the service call. Thank you, Josh Gates.
