My wife went in looking for a car. The dealer who assisted her (Cliff) said she had to put a $500 deposit down before he would even help her find a car. The manager tried to placate us but the damage had been done. Fast forward to two weeks later and after numerous calls we received our refund in the mail. So we went to Thomas BMW in Oxnard/Camarillo. They were the best!<br><br>Advice: Avoid Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks at all costs! More
