We knew from experience that nicely equipped Macan S don't stay on the market very long and we were also looking for a well optioned vehicle. We saw something we liked on the Rusnak page and sent an inquiry using the on-line tool fully expecting to be told that the car was gone already. Lo and behold it was not and we got a very quick response from Eric who, after a few email exchanges, agreed to work with us to ensure that, if we took the time to drive from San Diego to Pasadena to see the car, we would not find it sold upon arrival. When we arrived in Pasadena the next morning the car was promptly made available to us for inspection and a test drive and the sales process that followed was very quickly and effectively handled. We wanted optional items that required the vehicle to stay at the dealership for a few days and instead of requiring us to come back to pick-up the car, it was transported to our home instead at no extra charge.
