These people are crooks. Took my car in for A/C service and was told estimate would be $405 and would be applied to service. Was sent an invoice for $1,400 for A/C service valve repair. I took the estimate to another Volvo dealer and they quoted $450 for the exact same repair. Rusnak made me pay $405 for the diagnostic on a job that would cost $450 from a reputable Volvo Dealer in the same area. These people are crooks and Dennis, the Service Manager, is most likely the root of the problem. I gave him the opportunity to explain why the estimate was 300% higher than his local competitor and he was rude, defensive and arrogant. Shame on you Rusnak Volvo. I've reported the experience to Volvo USA. More

This Volvo dealership did very well by me. After I bought the car, they detailed it, got out scratches on the door & even on the rims of the tires.
