Vehicle XChange program My first experience with Rusnak Volvo was in June of 2017. We just adopted our daughter and wanted a reliable car. We ended up leasing a 2017 XC60. My first experience with Rusnak Volvo was in June of 2017. We just adopted our daughter and wanted a reliable car. We ended up leasing a 2017 XC60. This car was great and so much fun to drive. Since then, we've adopted another baby. I was contacted about the Vehicle XChange Program about 9 months prior to my lease end. We happen to be in the market for a larger vehicle. I called and spoke with Rafik on a Friday, met with him Saturday morning, and we decided on a 2020 XC90 for our growing family. It's only been a few days, but we love the XC90 and it's perfect for our family! Rafik was very personable, had car options ready for us to look at, and was not pushy at all. We enjoyed our experience and have loved each of our Volvos. More
Worked not completed as noted on invoice. I do not have any issues with Mr. Marino who generated the invoice based on the two issues with my XC70. He was polite, helpful and efficient. The problem is with the technician who worked on my wagon. One issue could not be fixed because they did not have the part and had to be ordered. I understand that and I don't find an issue with it. Here is the problem, the second issue was indicated as resolved but once I got home and tried it (USB port issue), the port did not work! I spent four hours waiting for the car and basically wasted my time as none of the issues were solved. More
