I specified initially that I wanted a navigational system. He spent a good amount of time showing me a great car, but with no Nav system. Once this lack was noted by me there was embarrassment and a final correction. More

Great group of service folks Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a Been taking both my Audi’s since I got them and didn’t even buy it from Rusnak. The one Audi dealer tried to tell us we need brakes and the car was a a3 TDI and had 20,000 miles. I knew it didn’t and stopped going there. My 2nd Audi I purchased from another dealer. During the tome I bought my Audi I saw a service person pulling out to service a car and was parked parallel. The person hit the car behind him and just kept going. These guys have been professional and have been going here since 2014. Easy folks and there to take care of the issue and do it right. Wouldn’t go to another dealership and will buy my next Audi from Rusnak. More
