Customer service rep was very rude, had an appt showed up an hour early, said I was leaving and never told me if I leave I go to and of line, vehicle was not completed until almost two hours after my appt. I went in for an oil change and they did not put oil in my car so the engine light came on and I returned immediately and they filled my car with oil. I was very angry. And they had dirty shoes and got dir my car so the engine light came on and I returned immediately and they filled my car with oil. I was very angry.
