Service Manager Robert Kulp came to speak with me after Alyson showed lack of professional and business ethics. Robet listened to my concerns with lack luster body language, leaning over table, not maintaining eye contact, and moving frequently. I tried to explain the concern about bad business that has been handled here with the customer service, and he said he would handle it. However the tone and body language I read was he did not care either way.

Customer Service at Russ Darrow has gone Downhill at the Service Department. Sales I would keep at a 5 still from the distance they stayed knowing I need a vehicle, while not pressing my current situation in the repair shop. The lack of care from Service Advisor(s) to Service Manager is not good customer service and showes bad business. I work front ened Customer service, I know what should and should be done and shown to customers from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out. I hope these issues can be resolved internally and coached to the teams at Russ Darrow to do better.

Service advisor Alyson, was some what of help at the beginning of picking up my car. After prior issues via phone call with her claiming she "didn't like me raising my voice and getting upset." I arrived to pick my car up, before paying for the repairs I checked my car. After addressing the issues found during my check with Alyson, she stated "will you be good to go then if we do this then?" (Which was a coolant flush after replacing water pump) After waiting at the dealership for 1 hour, my car was done getting repaired again. I began to go over the Service invoice with Alyson, however I asked more questions and she got snappy and attitude tone in her voice. I calmly ased for the Service Manager in which Alyson rolled her eyes flailing her arms around walking away.
