Everyone there went out of their way to fix my car, and to make me feel welcome there. They even arranged a shuttle ride to another part of town and a return ride when the car was fixed. Went to pick up vehicle after PTU was replaced (under warranty). Drove down 2 hours on a Saturday. Car automatically was putting on parking break when put into park. Never did this before. Told Sara abou warranty). Drove down 2 hours on a Saturday. Car automatically was putting on parking break when put into park. Never did this before. Told Sara about it she got a mechanic and they couldn’t fix it but recognized it was wrong. Monday she called to say that they couldn’t figure out what the problem was but that I could pay money to have someone else look at it. I said no way. Next day she calls and says there’s no problem with it. It’s just going to do that. No real explanation and you can see that after her telling me the day before they couldn’t figure out how to fix it that I would be highly skeptical. I called a few other dealers around and they said new PTUs do that and it’s normal. Sara never said this. I picked up the vehicle a few days later and it had a damaged steering wheel and a scratch on the door. They fixed the door but said the steering wheel they didn’t care about. Overall just a terrible experience. Sara wasted a lot of my time and the dealership overall gave me terrible service. More
