I called and spoke to a service representative. I asked if they still provide the complimentary AAA safety check. They said they did and they can perform a nulti-point inspection as well. I asked if they could do it all the same day and was told, yes, and to feel free to stop out anytime. I drove there within the hour, pulled in to the service area, checked in and within 45 minutes my truck was ready to go. Fortunately, no issues or concerns were identified. A video of the inspection was provided which I thought was very nice. I received the service paperwork, my key fob, and I was out the door! A very pleasant experience all-in-all! More

To my knowledge this dealership do not have customer loaner cars, yes, dead electrical problem happened on weekend, dealership did not stock battery for this jeep.
