Dropped vehicle for 8 am appt. Received a video at 10:47 with a different time stamp on video and explained the airbags recall were completed, and no oil leak found. Called and was told it wasn't done that they were still test driving. Called at 1:30 and was told Megan was at lunch and then final call at 4:30 to tell us the van was done with no other explanations. I questioned what else was done since 10:47 and there were no additional things completed on the vehicle. It felt like a mass miscommunication with the front and back and our day was super inconvenienced, and question the trusting the service dept in the future. More
