Blake was very pleasant when first looking at the car and while driving the car. However, once I declined their offer and they didn't want to accept my offer, he became somewhat rude. He called me about 5 mi while driving the car. However, once I declined their offer and they didn't want to accept my offer, he became somewhat rude. He called me about 5 minutes after leaving and asked if I had reconsidered their offer. I told him that I would only buy the car at the price I offered (which was not far off the listing by the way). He got to a point of bringing my family up and how much they needed me to get the car so he could get a sale. Maybe others dont understand but it is absolutely not ok for others to bring my family into a sale, it showed me that he was more about making a sale than being a human being. Most of these sales people are just robots, just like this one. More

Hard to put a value on time, but the old saying "time is money" isn't descriptive enough because there just isn't enough of it these days. It's that precious. Rick in the financing dept. was very personable and he got us through the loan application with no problems and the newer streamlined application process was a big improvement over the last vehicle we purchased at a different dealer 6 years ago. We knew what we wanted going in and these 2 guys made it happen. Thanks again. More

Most unprofessional and worst experience ever. Sales staff was unknowlegable and seemed uninterested in providing important specs and information about the vehicle for example drive train, feature Sales staff was unknowlegable and seemed uninterested in providing important specs and information about the vehicle for example drive train, features etc- all pretty important when looking for specifics before making a big purchase. The company had 7 whole days between us deciding to purchase the vehicle and pick up. On the day of pick up- the driver side mirror glass FELL OUT, when the door was closed regularily- THE COMPANY suggested WE pay for it first then be reimbursed(haha yeah right), the salesman didn't even seem to think it was a big deal at all that it was broken!! THEY put hideous tape on the outside of the mirror housing as their fix because of course we have to get it fixed now. They had 7 days to CLEAN the vehicle and we had mentioned how dirty it was when we looked at it(it had been a new arrival)- it WAS NOT CLEANED- there was coffee splashes and stains in variuos spots, so much dust/dirt on the armrests it was visible on my fingertip after swiping it on the armrest! Gross! debris in all the door pockets, and crumbs on the floor, a USED mask under the seat and the previuos owners garbage in the glove box. After the only positive employee came out (want to say his name was Chris- parts manager) and was willing to give us a small discount($75) and a full tank of gas for us having to detail it ourself and take the car on our own time to fix the mirror they eventually agreed to pay for the mirror upfront- we signed paperwork. The paperwork guy was rude and not very personable- as well- but yet there was 2 MORE PROBLEMS. The license plate bracket was broke so WE had to drive through the city to an auto parts store to buy a bracket! and in the meantime after having 7 days to know all these things they "JUST REALIZED" the plates were out of state registered- so then we ended up with a paper temp plate taped to the back window!!! and $15 wasted on a bracket we didn't need at that exact moment. Really?!!! and the worst part is, other than Chris, the entire staff seemed to think none of this was a big deal at all!!!! When you're buying a $20k vehicle and you have an entire week, you drive an hour and a half to view/purchase on two separate occasions and waste an extra 2 hours of our time they still seemed to think it was NO BIG DEAL. It was the worst experience in customer service we've ever seen and we still can't comfortably drive the vehicle after purchase because you can't use the driver mirror. Very disappointed and the worst part is they fished every EXCUSE out of the book to use, repeatedly "We didn't know" and "It could be worse", "We only have 1 porter", etc etc., was used!! Really?!!!? More
