I made a deal online and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to come sign paperwork. Upon arrival, I literally find another couple purchasing the truck I was there to pick up. I have never had a dealership sell a come sign paperwork. Upon arrival, I literally find another couple purchasing the truck I was there to pick up. I have never had a dealership sell a vehicle out from under me before. Their response was we are so sorry. Well that doesn't cut it. They did put $37 of gas in my truck, but that is little compensation for a whole day waisted and not getting a specific truck I was there to buy. If I were you, I would look elsewhere for a vehicle.
