The girl behind the desk was not knowledgeable. She told me, "I didn't know your car was coming in today". Even though I had an appointment made the week before. Then she was talking to the mechanic beside my car, and I went inside to see what was going on. He said to me, so you are here for an oil change. I said no, I just bought the car a month and a half ago! I am here to replace the broken taillight that was on the car when I purchased it, and was promised it would be fixed for free, and the scratch buffed. The mechanic was nice and just fine. I would not recommend her to anyone! No sense of customer service, didn't even listen when I first told her why I was here. Everyone else was kind and courteous. My sales lady Monica Develice brought my keys and walked me out. I like her.
