The process was pretty efficient until we got to the finance review and vehicle delivery. This was a cash deal and the upsell process was annoying. A vehicle for sale should have been detailed before be finance review and vehicle delivery. This was a cash deal and the upsell process was annoying. A vehicle for sale should have been detailed before being put on the lot. It should only have needed minor touchup. It took over 3 hours for the process and our sales person ended up delivering it to our house well after we had completed all of the paperwork. It was pretty clunky. More
