The dealership was clean and sanitized. I appreciated Hansen's effort to remove paint that was stuck in the bed of the truck. However, When I was driving home I noticed a chip in the windshield and the n Hansen's effort to remove paint that was stuck in the bed of the truck. However, When I was driving home I noticed a chip in the windshield and the next day while setting up the truck and organizing it I noticed that 3 of the tires were missing the caps for the air valve in the tires. One side note is that their dealership is pretty small and had no coffee available or other drinks with a small seating area. The sales manager was thorough with explaining what was available as far as warranties available. All in all it was a good experience with the exception of the truck bed and tire issues mentioned above. More
