Picked up my 2023 Jeep Wrangler after getting an oil change. It had oil all on my inside door panel and on my steering wheel. Not happy. The girl who took care of us played it off that it was no big dea change. It had oil all on my inside door panel and on my steering wheel. Not happy. The girl who took care of us played it off that it was no big deal. They also checked out my rear frost on my rear window because one of the lines stoped working. The same line was fixed last September (not even a year ago) and they told me it was my fault it stopped working this time. That is not true and I don’t think I should have been blamed for that. My jeep only has 13,000 miles on it and what happened at my appointment yesterday is completely unacceptable. More
