David Twohig made us feel at ease right away. Our neighbor recently leased a new Accord from Russ Darrow and felt he was treated more than fairly on all aspects of the deal and highly recommended Our neighbor recently leased a new Accord from Russ Darrow and felt he was treated more than fairly on all aspects of the deal and highly recommended them if we were looking for a new car. With that in mind, we went to Russ Darrow just to see what they had. We were able to walk the lot without being "accosted" by sales people like at other places. We then decided to go in and David Twohig was near and asked if he could help us in any way. His casual but very informative style put us at ease. He was quickly able to zero in on what options we thought were important in a new Accord and presented us with "our" car within minutes. Although financing was a bit of a wait as we were "walk-ins" and behind two other appointments, he was thorough and efficient. David then went through the new Accord set-up with me from bumper to bumper asking me lots of questions along the way to make sure I had a good understanding of the multitude of aspects (and that was just in the dash alone! ie pairing phone to car) He definitely knows these cars inside and out! There is no doubt in my mind that we will be going back to Russ Darrow for our next vehicle and certainly hope that David Twohig is there, but if he is any indication then the rest of the sales people ought to be as outstanding and professional as he is.
