D’Airre Wilder / Sales Rep and Al Cobb / Sales Manager responded quickly during negotiations. When I wanted to know availability of a car, they volunteered pictures of the car and sticker. The final offer was competitive. This offer amount remained the same in the paperwork. All as expected. Jonathan Maxwell / Finance Ma nager was thorough and explained the paperwork. D’Airre was friendly and helpful in showing me the new features on the car. Al Cobb and Jonathan Maxwell were also friendly, helpful. All of them made the sale a pleasant experience and I was treated fairly. More
Great Price Great Service I started looking for a CRV in Milwaukee area about a month ago. Did TrueCar and contacted all dealers. Had generally good experience with all inter I started looking for a CRV in Milwaukee area about a month ago. Did TrueCar and contacted all dealers. Had generally good experience with all internet sales people. Jennifer at Darrow turned out the best. The price was $550 cheaper than all the other dealers. General Manager Al Cobb quoted a price on-line to me that was by far the best. Went in and finalized things with Jeff Z. and was told that it would take about a month for the CRV that I wanted to be at the dealer. CRV showed up a week later and I picked it up after going through the CRV with Jeff. Very easy process and would definitely go with Darrow for future purchases. More

J. Todd definitely gets five out of five stars. J. Todd was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He works hard to get your business without being pushy or fake. Client chairs need to be updated/ cleaned throughout waiting area and lounge. Took over 1/2 hour fill gas tank. More

If I say I need a little time to think about things he doesn't bother me. He is always truthful and sincere when he talks to my wife and I. My daughters have also purchased cars from Mike. I just hope Mike is ther the next time I want to buy a car. He has 22 years selling cars and I can see that because he is still selling. More
Very Accommodating Service Our 2015 C-RV just hit 21.5K and required an oil change and tire rotation according to the onboard maintenance system. When the car was purchased, Rus Our 2015 C-RV just hit 21.5K and required an oil change and tire rotation according to the onboard maintenance system. When the car was purchased, Russ Darrow Honda threw in a coupon book for five free oil changes and tire rotations. Because the car isn't driven that much, the service intervals are greater than what is printed on the coupons. Russ Darrow continues to accept them with no questions or comments. Additionally, the ease of making a service appointment at short notice or even on a Sunday is greatly appreciated. Service rep Jay unnecessarily apologized for my service taking 5 minutes longer than the hour he originally estimated. This is the second C-RV we've purchased from Russ Darrow and probably, not the last. The service department is one of the reasons we will come back to Russ Darrow. More
