I bought a new vehicle from them and after I got home I saw a large scratch on the steering wheel. When I brought the car back to have them fix it, Al just kept talking about how great a deal I got and how I'll never get a better deal anywhere else. He didn't offer to fix the problem but only offered to return the vehicle. Al is exactly the type of care salesman that you're afraid of when you go to a dealer. Rude, overbearing, dismissive, and dishonest. The person who sold my vehicle, Mike, was great. But when it came to support after the sale I was very disappointed. More

Sign and drive, not really. Please do me and other customers a favor and coach your staff on sign and drive terminology. This is now 2 times that I have come to your dealership Please do me and other customers a favor and coach your staff on sign and drive terminology. This is now 2 times that I have come to your dealership and left without a vehicle. The first time was when I was flat out told by a member of your sales team that you meet and beat any competitor quote and you didn’t, but I understood that situation better. The second time, and the more infuriating time, as I am giving your dealership another opportunity at obtaining my family’s business, is today when I bring my wife to your dealership, expecting to sign off on getting a new car. I explicitly double checked with the internet sales rep that the lease quote included sign and drive and I was told yes, “all the above”. Obviously there is a disconnect in what sign and drive means at your dealership and what it means to a consumer. At NO point was I told that sign and drive at your dealership, means sign and drive after you pay $1700.00 in fees. I don’t appreciate having sign and drive misrepresented by your dealership and wasting my time and my wife’s time, not to mention now wasting the time of your showroom sales rep! Plus, you didn’t even try to address the misrepresentation of sign and drive and try to find some common ground with the out of pocket cost for my wife and I. Again, I took 2 hours out of my and my wife’s day today, wasted your reps time and no one really seems to care. I will make sure to share my experience with others that I know in my community as the subject presents itself. Not to mention the incredibly low trade in quote for my wife’s car, when your website is advertising $3000 over KBB value which is another misrepresentation... At least I can say that I tried to obtain a vehicle from your dealership TWICE and apparently business must be off the charts. More
