Very nice experience. I had my wife’s vehicle serviced and everything went well. My only complaint is now I can’t use a credit card because of the service charge. I called another Honda dealership and they do not have a service charge for a credit card transaction. Unfortunately I will not be going to this dealership anymore because of this. More
Have you ever heard if a major car dealership group that ADDS A 3.5% E TRA FEE onto your repair bill ... and repair bills can run hundreds if not thousands of dollars , just because you paid your Darrow rep ADDS A 3.5% E TRA FEE onto your repair bill ... and repair bills can run hundreds if not thousands of dollars , just because you paid your Darrow repair bill with your credit card ... as opposed to the LESS SECURE method if debit card or if you happen to be hauling around your seldom used (in2020) paper checkbook?? Well, that’s what Russ Darrow Honda now tries to pull! They never advertised this EXTRA FEE in any of their excessive and annoying emails they send out on a weekly/monthly basis either! Apparently, the instituted the 3.5% FEE 2-3 months ago ... which may e plain why the dealership repair area was like a ghost town even an hour after they opened. I used to throw repair work to Darrow Honda for all 3 of my cars, but this fee now means we will be doing business strictly with my local Firestone Complete Auto Care which is much more conveniently located just 2 minutes from my home anyway and which has similar IF NOT BETTER service sale prices. Best wishes Darrow in earning back my substantial service business, especially since you don’t mention FEE CHANGES in your emails ... I guess I’ll just presume these are permanent fees unless you specifically write to tell us otherwise. But by then, I’ll probably just remain loyal to Firestone which has similar or better service prices and is much closer to home. Ps- Why don’t you require ALL EMPLOYEES to post their photo? I would have liked to add a positive comment on my rep but I didn’t see any photo that looked like him. Another poorly conceived/implemented plan by Darrow. More

Brought my CRV in for service. My service person was right on top of everything as soon as I arrived. She was very friendly and attentive. Everything was completely within the time stated.
