Incomplete service Requested the full detail which includes an interior detail and exterior wax. It was obvious they skipped the wax and tried to tell me they did. I immediately knew it wasn’t waxed as there was still dirt on it that was there when I brought it in. It looked like they just ran it through the wash. Also the water from the rain didn’t bead at all. My other car that I waxed myself two months ago had better beading. Not sure what happened as usually they do a really great job on this. When I did talk to the service rep about it he offered to have it done again which was nice. It wasn’t his fault. I think the service tech just tried to pull a fast one on them. It does suck to have to bring it in again though. More

Long wait but good service I waited over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. It was frustrating, but at least they provide free wifi, television, water, coffee, hot I waited over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. My oil changes are included with the service program I purchased with my car. If they weren't, I'd probably take my car elsewhere for oil changes simply because this dealership is not conveniently located for me. More
