Smooth, clean, friendly, just a bit pricey I was impressed with the warm welcome from arrival. The time they quoted was less than i waited. I went to the service center for an oil change. It was fast and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. And in the end my car was washed. I will definitely use the service center again. My car has a warranty issue that needs repaired. They told me they’d call when part came in, and it’d be a few hour job. After 2 weeks I heard nothing so I called. They told me they’d call when all parts are in. That was over a month ago and I’ve called twice for updates. I was told I’d hear by last Friday and nothing. More
Poor communication. I always had to reach out to them to get a status on things. They usually wash the car when I have an oil change and they didn’t this time. The car actually is way dirtier than when dropped off, not exactly sure why. No one explained the bill to me. Leaking oil issue was “fixed” last time car was serviced and had to be redone this time (at my expense). I would not recommend. The only reason I went there is because the other Kia dealer is pretty far out of my way. More
